Board of Directors, Owners and/or Management of Bicol Company
123 Magayon St.
Naga, Camarines Sur

We have audited the accompanying recipe of Sinantol by Bicol Company as of December 31, 2015 and the related statements of ingredients, retained garnishes and cooking flows for the year ended. This recipe is the responsibility of the Bicol Company. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on this recipe based on our food audit.

We conducted our food audit in accordance with cooking standards generally accepted in the Philippines. Those standards require that we plan and perform the food audit to obtain reasonable assurance whether the recipe is free of material misstatement. A food audit includes examining, on a taste basis, evidence supporting the proportion of ingredients in the recipe. A food audit also includes assessing the cooking principles used and significant estimates made by the chef, as well as evaluating the overall food presentation. We believe that our food audit provides a reasonable basis for our opinion.

In our opinion, the recipe referred to above presents fairly, in all material respects, the delicacy of Sinantol from Bicol Company as of December 31,2015 and the results of its ingredients and tasting for the year ended in accordance with generally accepted cooking principles in the Philippines.

Signed,
Food Auditor :)

January 1, 2016 (New Year, hahaha!)

I put it in the santol fruit itself for a more stylish presentation. Sosyal, haha!
Serve it hot. Perfect with steamed rice and siling labuyo on the side. :)
